Embossing
The printing plate is photosensitive resin embossing. The advantage of printing labels is rich ink. However, the level of embossing printing equipment is very different now, and some still use round offset self-adhesive printing machines.
Some use ordinary rotary embossing printing machines, and some use professional slant back, satellite or unit self-adhesive label printing machines, so the transformation cannot be generalized. The professional self-adhesive printing machine focusing on embossing printing has the ability to print film labels, but it needs to contact the supplier to replace some related parts, such as adding a tension control system controlled by a servo motor, adding a film surface treatment unit, and adding a coordination system to the machine.
Offset printing
Offset printing is the main way for food label manufacturers to print paper stickers. Offset printing is characterized by fine graphics and text, rich levels, suitable for mass printing, and the printing equipment can be multi-purpose, suitable for the characteristics of the Chinese label market.
So we all know how to print labels. In addition to the two points we have mentioned above, there are other printing methods that need to be explored. If there is no good absorption film on the printed surface, it is generally necessary to use dry ink when rolling to print. It is also effective for printing some thicker materials.
